Cat Tales ~ October Pumpkins

Seems like forever since Mes been here and given you a Pumpkin update!
Mommy has been sooo busy with all sorts of fruit and vegetables. She said it was for them to eat this winter. She even harvested some catnip for Me. {{purrrrzzz}}

But Mommy hasn't harvested the Pumpkins in the front yard. She is leaving them on the vine until Daddy and the Grandkids get ready to carve them for the upcoming holiday.

We got four pumpkins all total. And they haven't really gotten any bigger since Mes last report. But they sure is a pretty orange color.

But Mommy said that The Weatherman used that four-letter "S" word when he talked about the weather forecast!
{{???Mes puzzled???}}

Mommy said that if Jack Frost comes knocking on our door, this little guy that just showed up on the front step might be in trouble. Me told Mommy that maybe this Jack Frost guy will knock on the neighbors door.

Oh, Gomez, I am so sorry that your innocent ears had to hear that awful four-letter "S" word. It is too early, way too early.
The pumpkins are so perfect!! A great bunch of jack-o-lanterns will make everyone happy.

Beautiful pumpkins! Sounds like you'll soon be able to say "There's frost on the punkins this morning, Ma!"

They are lovely! I didn't grow any this year but did manage to grow something. I'm not sure what it is but it is orange and green with stripes and looks like a goblin scratched it! Not complaning glad to have it whatever it might be!
Wishing you a wonderful October!

Hey Jeanne...Happy Happy October to you my friend! I have been so busy that I almost missed the entire month of september in blogland! Boo Hiss...I hate it when I get too busy to do the things I like best. The pumpkins are look great...so jealous that we can't grow good pumpkins down in FL! Looking forward to your Autumn posts...are the leaves changing there yet? Well I hope you enjoy the Halloween season ahead!

PS...I have no idea how to join that Google thing, actually right now I can barely figure my way Blogger, they changed everything on me. I will do the Google thing if I ever figure it out, but sadly I am technology-challenged! Just didn't want you think I was ignoring it...I'm just too inept to figure it out...ha! :o)
