Elfin Oak
The Elfin Oak stands in Kensington Gardens. It is a hollow trunk of an oak tree believed to be 900 years old. It was moved to its current location in 1928 at which time artist Ivor Innes created the fairies, gnomes, elves and sprites which appear to be living in the bark.
