Poltergeist Activity

A friend recently related a story to me about the place where he works. He said that some strange things have been occurring there. Voices can be heard after hours in an otherwise empty building. Items will go missing only to be found later in the most unlikely places. One morning he said that upon arriving to work early he had found numerous items scattered about the work area. Upon asking fellow employees if they had moved the items before they had left the night before, the response was "No".  The longer fellow employees work at this place, the more their personality seems to change. And not in a good way.

Is this the result of poltergeist activity?

OOPArts

Here in the state of Colorado, there are more 'out of place glyphs' than just in the SE corner of the state.

Outside of Denver, near the foothills, is a series of Ogham markings on a rock outcropping. It was translated to say, ROUTE GUIDE; TO THE WEST IS THE FRONTIER TOWN WITH STANDING STONES AS BOUNDARY MARKERS.  This was perhaps a way of directing travelers to a settlement or shelter of some sorts. This rock outcropping is known as the CENTRAL COLORADO INSCRIPTION. After its initial study by McGlone and two colleagues, the inscription was buried under several feet of dirt by the property owners to prevent vandalism and to keep the curious away.

Other random OOPArt - A rock carved like a scarab beetle which also has Egyptian style hieroglyphics on the back of it was found near Durango.

A Blue granite rock was found near Granby. On one side was the carving of a man with a head similar to Toltec carvings and the other sides were carvings of dinosaurs and what appears to be an elephant or maybe it was just a mammoth.

A boulder was documented near Cripple Creek which had, what is theorized, a Greek inscription which was interpreted to read HERE LIES THE SERVANT OF GOD, PALLADEIS. After further analysis, the writing was found to have remarkable similarities to Jewish inscriptions found in catacombs from the 6th-8th centuries AD. I am still researching this.

In New Mexico, near Los Lunas which is just south of Albuquerque, is a huge boulder at the base of Hidden Mountain. Inscribed on this boulder are 9 rows of 216 proto-Hebrew characters which, when translated was a complete rendering of the 10 commandments. The alphabet used on the rock came into use around the 10th century BC and was no longer used after 70 AD. This boulder was first reported in 1871 and some of the lettering was not known to the science community before 1884. So a hoax is highly unlikely. Nearby on Hidden Mountain are also found defensible stone walls and another boulder with what appears to be constellations and a solar eclipse which occurred in 107 BC. I throw this in simply because to show that there are many, many odd and out-of-place artifacts throughout the country.

In Oklahoma, not far from Crack Cave, is a cave with Middle-Eastern style petroglyphs. This cave is located on the Cimarron River and named Anubis Cave. There is also evidence of Celtic explorers at this cave system.

I have read that the Arabic alphabet and Ogham script extend into the Rockies. Near Penrose there are stone circles and low stone walls similar to those found in Picture Canyon. Could the travelers who journeyed through the La Junta area have made the voyage further up the Arkansas River?

I will continue to dig and delve - one never knows what will turn up.

Magic and Physics ~ Vibration & Frequency

painting by Jenny Dixon
We're back to Vibration today.
I found this article, Click Here! , that speaks of Vibration and its use in Magic.

Because we are made up of atoms and atoms are always in motion, we are made up of Energy in Motion or Vibrational Energy. In fact everything in this existence is made of Vibrational Energy.  The frequency we vibrate at will determine many things in our life. It will determine how we interact with other people, it determines how we interact with machines, it also determines what is attracted to us.
Have you ever met someone who really seemed to 'mesh' with you? You both may not have the same opinions or likes, yet you get along with this other person quite well. Why? The vibrational frequencies of the two people will compliment each other. Imagine two different songs being played at the same time. And both songs are complimentary to the other. When a person encounters someone with an uncomplimentary vibrational frequency, then discord will arise.
Some people are able to match their vibration with those of machines. These people are able to fix machines with ease. People who can match their vibration with that of plants have green thumbs. And so on.
When a person can raise their vibration to a higher frequency, then positive things happen to that person. But how does one go about raising their vibration? By letting your higher emotions take over. Let love, joy, happiness, gratitude rule your thoughts. When doom and gloom invade the mental facility, then dark energy is what you will attract. Like attracts like! Just remember though, nothing happens over night. Once you begin living with the higher frequency emotions, it may take a bit for the Universe or Source Energy to clear out all the gloom and doom from your life in order to make room for the good stuff.
People need to learn to let go of those negative thoughts. There is no room for grudges, resentment, jealousies, or any other emotion that causes a person to feel mad, sad, or gloomy. And while bad and disconcerting things will always occur in a person's life, it is these obstacles that help a person to grow into a better person.

Some interesting tidbits -
DNA strands communicate with each other at a frequency of 7.83Hz The heartbeat of the planet (aka Schumann Resonance*) is said to be roughly 7.83 Hz. Coincidence?
*Schumann Resonance - Here!  And Here!

Nikola Tesla discovered Schumann Resonance (1800s) long before Prof. W.O. Schumann discovered them in 1952.  Tesla made that discovery when he was living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My current home town. Coincidence?

"If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." Nikola Tesla

"What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter." Albert Einstein

Monday Musings ~ The Sea

Today's Musings have to do with the Celtic Tree Oracle card, The Sea.
This card tells me there is hidden knowledge which can be accessed when the Moon and Sea are full. This is inherited knowledge. A knowing as old as my ancestors. The Sea also represents the link between the here and the places I may need to go on my spiritual journey.
I think about the Ocean from time to time. And it has been intruding on my thoughts of late. I love the feel of the salt spray on the face and the crashing of the waves upon the shore. Water is a sacred element. It can be so influenced by its surroundings. Water can hold thought and feeling.
I need to go deep within to access the knowledge of the ancestors. Something I have known I needed to do for quite some time.

* * *
Ocean is more ancient than the mountains, and freighted with the memories and the dreams of Time.

Monday Musings ~ The Beech

Today's post is part of a blog collective put together by Aine at Bones and Sky. The participants are listed in the right sidebar of her blog. Feel free to join in! At the beginning of every week we are to post about a dream, coincidence, spiritual awakening or other ethereal occurrence.
When I read Aine's post last Monday, I found the idea of sharing dreams, intuitive insights intriguing. More often than not I have found in reading blogs or perusing the internet, that many people have similar thoughts or experiences at very nearly the same time. Coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences. The Universe works in many strange ways and sometimes we are shown this commonality to reinforce a point.

I didn't know where to start with this post, so as a prompt, I drew a card from the Celtic Tree Oracle card deck. I drew the Beech.
THE CELTIC TREE ORACLE
by Liz and Colin Murray

As the wisdom and beauty of the past and tastes and ideas change or are discarded, the thirst for knowledge of the questioning spirit will always continue. You will often need to turn to the past and its works in order to rediscover lost wisdom and to find a firm basis on which to construct further ideas and interpretations. If a writer or craftsman has felt the urge or commitment to express his feeling in a tangible way, you too have an obligation to observe this work and further it in your own time.

The Beech's elements are air and earth. She is related to meditation, ancient wisdom and the power of the written word. The Beech tells us to pay heed to the knowledge which can be found in books. The Beech is thought of as The Mother of the Woods. The Irish god Ogma, a Tuatha de Danaan, is credited with creating the Ogham language and wrote it first on a slab of Beech. And lastly, the Beech encourages the crossing of thresholds. She reminds us to confront that which is challenging us because it is only through experiencing the unknown can we expand our knowledge.

I had to ponder on this card for a bit to fully understand its meanings. Much of what it told me pertained to a writing project I have been researching - that I was on the right track. But in reading about the Beech, I realized that I was being reminded that I needed to address an issue. I have never been good at meditating and have been trying to work on becoming better. But I have found it hard to find good instruction on the subject. I know I need to fully grasp the ability to meditate in order to progress further in my studies of energy and ancient wisdom.
My interpretations of the Beech also tell me that it is important to pass on the information and knowledge we possess. To write down the wonders and thoughts and workings and dreams of our lives for those who have yet to come.

Weird Wednesday ~ Hidden Magnetic Portals

Stargates, Wormholes, and Portals to another Universe have long been the subject of science fiction and fantasy stories. But as science makes great leaps in discovering and understanding the unknown, these stories may become reality.
A wormhole/portal is a hypothetical feature that would provide a shortcut through space/time between two points.
NASA has discovered portals tens of thousands of kilometers from Earth. While most of them are short-lived, some are vast and sustained. NASA Scientists found that these portals open and close dozens of times each day. As far as the scientists can determine, these portals aid in the transfer of tons of magnetically charged particles that flow from the Sun toward the Earth - causing geomagnetic storms and the Borealis lights. Essentially the portals aid in the transfer of the magnetic field from the Sun to the Earth.
In 2014 the U.S. space agency will launch a new mission called Magnetospheric Multi-scale Mission. This mission will launch four spacecraft which will circle the Earth and then study these portals.

Bee Update

First, I would like to say Thank You to everyone who commented on my post last week about Bees. The input provided was most enlightening. My little friends continue to visit me while I work outside. They have now been joined by the occasional Bumble Bee.

I didn't know what to think when they first started showing up. I ruled out the need for water (in 110+ deg temperatures, a person does have a tendency to sweat a bit!) since I have a small ornamental pond in our courtyard and there is a larger pond about 50 yards from the house. (Bees use water to help cool the Hive in hot weather as well as to thin out honey so it might be fed to larva)
Someone suggested to me that the Bees could be attracted to my pheromones. And this could very well be, though I'm not sure about the chemistry between Bees and a person's pheromones. That is something I must delve into when time allows. And no I haven't been wearing perfume or deodorant (I know, I know.... but when you are by yourself and sweating like Niagara Falls, deodorant is the last thing on a person's mind!)

After reading and pondering, I feel that the Bees are telling me several things....
  • That all my efforts - all the painting done on the house, all the boxes packed, all the weeks spent alone while Hubby was attending school and doing homework will pay off. That I will soon be able to enjoy the 'fruits' of my labors.
  • The Bee encounters at the new House are also a sign that those 'frutis' await us - that the hard work that Hubby and our youngest son have done on the new place will pay off in the end. And soon We will all be able to sit back and enjoy each others company!
  • The Bees are also encouraging me to continue on the mystickal path ~ I have a lovely Witch and several darling little Witchlings waiting for me.
  • And the Bees from the WildWoods are bidding me goodbye. I shall miss them dearly. But many new friends await .....

The Meaning of Bees ~ Input Please!

Bees have become a companion of mine lately. I seem to always have one or more flying around me, landing on me, or just sometimes being a general nuisance (there little feet tickle the back of my neck). These are honey bees that seem to be craving my attention - not Bumble Bees or Sweat Bees but Honey Bees. {Hubby says it's because I'm so sweet! He must be buttering me up for something!}
I have been doing a fair amount of work outside, packing up the garage and other shop buildings, and bees always seem to find me, doesn't matter if it is early morning or late afternoon.  I am wondering if this is an omen, a message perhaps?  Hubby even reported that he thinks there is a ground nest of bees at the new house. Hhhmmmmm....... What are these little guys trying to tell me??

Happy Birthday Edgar!

Edgar Allan Poe (January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849) was an American poet and short story writer. He is best known for his tales of mystery and the macabre.

He was born as Edgar Poe in Boston, Massachusetts. His parents died when he was young and he was taken in by John and Frances Allan, of Richmond, Virginia. His publishing career began in 1927 when a collection of his poems was published anonymously. He spent the next few years working for periodicals and literary journals. In 1845, the poem, "The Raven" was published and became an instant success. Poe died in 1849, two years after his wife, Virginia. The cause of his death is unknown.

His list of works are numerous and classic. Poe is considered the "Father" of the detective novel and contributed to the then emerging genre of science fiction.
