Very cool! There's a Winnipeg artist named Aganetha Dyck who works with bees too. These days she seems to be combining porcelain statuettes with honeycomb but in the past she used to do shoes and purses, I remember. It's beautiful, in a creepy kind of way. ReplyDeleteI keep bees....maybe I will try something like. I keep wanting to cover a frame in gold leaf...but so far I am not willing to sacrifice the honey. :)
